Chef Frankie’s Food Tour

On the last Saturday of every month, Nimbo is bringing Italy to life with a celebration of food and wine. Each month, we will explore a new region, diving into its unique flavours and traditions.

On the 30th of August, we journey to Trentino Alto-Adige exploring the region’s rich traditions and renowned flavours. Dishes are served share-style, perfect for discovering new flavours and enjoying wines that transport you straight to the region.
