Keynote speaker Sam Elsom, CEO of Sea Forest, shares his knowledge and experience in developing the first commercial seaweed-based feed supplement with the ability to reduce methane emissions from livestock by up to 90%.

Farming

A panel discussion with chef Darren Robertson, livestock veterinarian and senior SCU lecturer Helen McGregor, supply chain / farm manager Zoran Ristov, and Sam Elsom from Sea Forest. Moderated by Damon Gameau.

Feeding

A special lunch by the Three Blue Ducks team using world-first low emission beef and milk products to create a spread of delicious and sustainable tucker.
