Head Chef Frankie has pulled out all the stops for our new Autumn menu. Showcasing the best local and seasonal produce the region has to offer. Think burnt orange gin-cured Snowy Mountain trout, Gundagai lamb rump with capsicum jam and a mouthwatering chocolate fondant.
Join us every Thursday night for a great value ‘Locals Night’ and on Sundays for our famous ‘Sunday Roast’ inspired by our Byron Bay location!
