We’ve teamed up with the iconic Hotel Brunswick to bring you a fresh menu that combines our signature style and ethos with classic pub favourites.
Together with Hotel Brunswick’s head chef Loki Lynch, we’ve crafted dishes that blend local, ethically sourced ingredients from the
Northern Rivers with laid-back, Cali-inspired bites, perfect for the coastal pub vibe.
Look forward to seafood favourites, house-made pizzas, and our take on pub classics, all served in The Bruns’ expansive beer garden.
This will also line up with a revamp to the hotel’s drinks menu with an extensive new wine list and classic cocktails.
We can’t wait to welcome you to experience our food in this beloved Aussie pub setting!
We’re really excited about this one, we’ve put together dishes that we love to eat, in a quintessential Aussie pub
(that we’ve been going to for years )across from the Bruns river and the ocean. Think Australian bay lobster rolls;
pickled octopus; prawn toast with nam jim; old school prawns with Marie Rose sauce; Travla beer-battered fish and chips;
chili chicken wings; and even fried apple pie for something sweet. There’s also a brand new pizza oven going in so we’re going to
be serving epic pizzas, flatbreads and of course there’ll be a couple of cheeky salads too.”
