The food at Three Blue Ducks Nimbo continues to go from strength to strength! Our new seasonal menu was designed by Head Chef Francesco Mauro, highlighting the best produce from the local region.
Francesco designed this menu with a signature Ducks style, but he draws on recipes and flavour combinations that his family in Italy passed down to him.
