Roku x Three Blue Ducks x Darren Robertson recap

It was an honour to be part of such a special collaboration with Roku Gin, Beam Suntory and our very own Darren Robertson. With three events across two days, featuring a four-course Asian-inspired menu from our Bellingen outpost, matching cocktails and talks from Darren and Roku ambassador, James Buntin.

The Rosella Room, which sits above the existing restaurant in Rosebery, was transformed into an oasis of Japanese florals, with impressive Bonsai Trees and plinths holding the beautifully decorated Roku Gin bottles.

Our chefs and front of house had so much fun bringing a little bit of Bellingen to Sydney and working alongside Roku Gin and the team!
