We all need a good excuse to leave our warm cosy homes this winter and Head Chef Franco has really given us one!
Our new winter menu at Nimbo is the best yet, begin with delicious roasted baby beetroots with cashew cream, and indulge in a Gundagai lamb rump with a side of crispy duck fat potatoes, all finished off with chocolate fondant, orange sauce, pistachio and warming glass of 2017 Sassafras, Sagrantino.
So, along with the stunning views of the Snowy Mountains, toasty fires and comfy couches, your trip to Nimbo Fork Lodge will be one to remember!
